HOME EMBROIDERY MACHINE NEEDLES FLAT SHANK NEEDLES |

The 15x1, HAx1, & 705H is a standard quality, sharp point needle with a flat shank and a regular size eye for most home sewing machines. |
|||
The 15x1 ST is a special version. It has an oversized eye designed to reduce stress and tension on the thread, making it highly applicable to Decorative Stitching, and is available in sharp point and ball point sizes. |
|||
The 15x1 & HAx1 BP has a ball point, and is designed to alleviate making holes in knit materials. The cross fibers in a knit are relatively far apart. If one is split or cut by a sharp point needle, it makes a hole. A Ball Point needle "pushes aside" the fibers it encounters, and avoids making a hole in the fabric by sewing around the fibers. |
