	All of our bridge heads are CNC machined from clear, durable lexan. The heads are etched for precise alignment and wired with cross hairs for dead center placement.

	L/R Chest Bridge Heads The L/R Chest bridge heads are machined to fit any brand or size hoops. 3.5cm, 5.5cm, 7.5cm, 8.5cm, 9cm, 10cm, 12cm, 13cm, 15cm, 16cm, 18cm, 21cm must be able to fit in 12”x 12” table Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Happy, Toyota, SWF, Allied Gridlock, Durkee, Brother, etc Heads are not interchangeable, they are a matched set with the hoops You will need a head for each hoop size that you want to use JB/FF Bridge Heads The JB/FF bridge heads are machined to fit any brand or size hoops. 24cm, 30cm, 290/300cm, 413/342cm, 475/450cm, or any other oval, rectangle, or square size hoops Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Happy, Toyota, SWF, Allied Gridlock, Durkee, Brother, etc Heads are not interchangeable, they are a matched set with the hoops You will need a head for each hoop size that you want to use







	All of our tables are CNC routed from ¾” and 1” HDPE color core plastic. The tables are engraved for precise alignment and dead center placement. We also cut a recessed garment groove in all the tables to allow the hoop to be seated all the way up on the tubular and double high hoops.
	Left / Right Chest Table Tops The L/R Chest tables are machined to fit any brand or size hoops. 3.5cm, 5.5cm, 7.5cm, 8.5cm, 9cm, 10cm, 12cm, 13cm, 15cm, 16cm, 18cm, 21cm Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Happy, Toyota, SWF, Allied Gridlock, Durkee, Brother, etc Tables are not interchangeable, they are a matched set with the hoops You will need a table for each hoop size that you want to use We also can custom machine any size or shape table to fit your needs Each table has Backing Clips installed Jacket Back / Full Front Table Tops The JB/FF tables are machined to fit any brand or size hoops. 24cm, 30cm, 290/300cm, 475/450cm, or any other oval, rectangle, or square size hoops Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Happy, Toyota, SWF, Allied Gridlock, Durkee, Brother, etc The JB/FF tables are usually machined with a neck and shoulders for shirt or jacket alignment, but can be made square upon request Tables are not interchangeable, they are a matched set with the hoops You will need a table for each hoop size that you want to use We also can custom machine any size or shape table to fit your needs Each table will have Backing Clips installed Aluminum Support Table This is the support table for the L/R and JB/FF table tops L/R Chest tables smaller then 12”x 12” will require a smaller 4”x 8” aluminum support table You must have at least one aluminum table to operate the press. Table tops can be changed on the aluminum tables by removing the four mounting screws Each aluminum table comes with a 6” T-slide and hand nut for quick change out Having one aluminum table per table top will drastically decrease the change out time rather than removing and replacing the mounting screws and adjusting the table alignment every time





	Shirt Board Form The SBF works only with the L/R Chest table tops The SBF allows positioning of the neck and shoulders with left, right, and center chest hoop placement for framing sweatshirt and t-shirts The SBF is mounted in between the aluminum support table and the table top using longer screws. The operator should use the corresponding slots in the SBF for the required placement Flip the SBF for left to right hooping




	All of our Heavy Duty cylinder arms are CNC machined from ¾” Billet Aluminum and the Standard cylinder arm are machined from 1" HDPE Plastic. The cylinder arms are engraved for precise alignment and dead center placement. We also cut a recessed garment groove in all the cylinder arms to allow the hoop to be seated all the way up on the tubular and double high hoops.
	Cylinder Arms w/ Base The cylinder arm is designed to allow the easy hooping if socks, sleeves, cap backs, pant legs, and bags Each cylinder arm is machined close to the width of the hoop to allow easy access to the tight and narrow spaces It is mounted on a special support base to allow the hooping of tubular goods such as sleeves and socks Cylinder Arms Top Plate This is the same cylinder arm as above but without the base Already have a different size cylinder arm, then there is no need to purchase the base again You must have one base to operate the press Change out is quick and easy using the top hand nut while leaving the base attached to the support arm.
