How to install the HoopTech Interchangeable Clamp System on a PR600/EMP6

Locate the two thumb screws that secure the hoop arm to your machine.

Remove both thumb screws and then remove the hoop arm.

The two exposed hoop arm alignment pins are now used to align the clamp base.

Peel the backing from the "Wear Strip" and attach as shown.

Align the clamp base unit with the alignment pins.

Replace the thumb screws and re-tighten.

To complete the installation, loosen the hex head screws on each side of the clamp base.

Gently push downward on the large thumb screw in the top center of the base unit as far as it will go. While maintaining pressure on the thumbscrew, re-tighten the hex screws.

Your unit is now ready to use.
