	Cut Away Backings

	AllStitch®
	AllStitch® Classic and HD backings are unique non wovens designed specifically for use as cut away embroidery backings. These 100% polyester cut away backings have a grid core, to give them strength and a soft non woven fabric to help reduce skin irritation. The woven core increases the strength and stability of these stabilizers without adding additional weight. These products are manufactured in the United States and available on rolls, in shrink wrapped precut pieces, and in slit widths. AllStitch® has passed all wash and shrinkage evaluations. AllStitch® Classic is thinner and stronger than other backings making one piece suitable for designs with high stitch counts on unstable fabric. Using less backing pieces will enhance your design and save you money! AllStitch® Classic is available in white or black. AllStitch® HD is a 33% heavier version developed to assure the need for only one ply of cut away backing, on designs with stitch counts as high as 20,000 stitches, within a small area. AllStitch® HD is available in white only.

	C-Series
	Our C-Series line of cut away backings are a high quality stabilizer manufactured with a wet laid process. The C-Series are soft, stable and very easy to cut with scissors. We currently offer our C-Series in four weights. These products are manufactured in the United States and available on 45" rolls, in shrink wrapped precut pieces, and in slit widths. C-Series is available in white.

	X-Series
	The X-Series cut away backings are a lower priced alternative to the C-Series. The X-Series are thicker than the C-Series and very stable. This backing will work in all situations while saving you money. The X-Series is available in two weights. These backings are available on 56" rolls, in any size shrink wrapped precut pieces, and in slit widths. X-Series 22 is available in black & white. X-Series 30 is available in white.

	No Show Mesh Cut Away Backings

	Sheer Stitch™ No Show "Poly Mesh" Cut Away Backings This is a 100% Nylon Product, It's Strong and Light Weight. Soft, sheer, stable & translucent Minimizes stabilizer show-through on light colored fabrics Just a single layer for best "no show" results Ideal for lightweight knits - keeps outlines on track when hooped in with your knit fabric Use with any woven where softness is a consideration Perfect for sheer fabrics - translucent & soft May be used with a light weight tear away, like the Rip Stitch #10 for extra stability Sheer stitch™ is available in black, white, & tan.

	Tear Away Backing

	Rip Stitch® series of tear away backings are available in three weights, 15, 18 (Soft), & 20. They are engineered to tear cleanly in all directions and provide the stability you need.

	Soft Tear Away Backing

	Rip Stitch® Soft is a soft tear away backing. This high quality stabilizer works well in all situations were a softer backing is required. This product is manufactured in the United States and available on 57" rolls, in shrink wrapped precut pieces, and in slit widths.soft is a tear away backing with the softness of a cut away. This is the perfect backing for use in children's clothing. Any backing that is left after you tear it out will not irritate the skin. Rip Stitch® is available in black and white.

	Soft Tear Away - Wash Away Backing

	Rip Stitch® TW is a soft tear away backing with a unique wash away characteristic. Upon washing, the remaining backing will wash away leaving the embroidery soft and free of stabilizer, yet the stitches remain firmly locked. This is excellent for applications where you do not want the backing showing. This backing is available in two weights: 1.5 oz and 2.0 oz.


	Peel & Stick Tear Away Backing

	Sticky Stitch™ is tear away backing with a self adhesive back. Use this stabilizer when conventional hooping is not possible.This type of backing is popular with Fast Frames or HoopTech Quick Change applications.

	Sticky Stitch™ Fusible is a tear away backing with a self adhesive back and a fusible front. The fusible front enables you to fuse this backing to other materials with the use of heat. Excellent for attaching appliqué to garments. Sticky Stitch™ is available in white.

	Tear Away Hat Backing

	Cap Stitch® X290 is an excellent heavy weight tear away backing for hats. Cap Stitch® is engineered to hold up to high stitch count designs of caps with out perforating off before you are done your embroidery. This backing is available on 56" rolls, in any size shrink wrapped precut pieces, and in slit widths.

	Water Soluble Backing

	Badge Master WSS is a heavy water soluble, or rinse away, stabilizer that can be hooped by itself and have embroidery stitched directly onto it. Badge Master works well for situations where you need the backing to disappear completely and also for lace-making, cut work, heirloom embroidery and many other applications. Badge Master maintains it's integrity, even after being stitched through repeatedly.

	Vilene® WSS is a completely water-soluble embroidery backing. It dissolves 100% in cold water or when washed, with no residue. This is not a film, but a non woven fabric. Vilene WSS works well on applications such as lace, appliqués, and emblems. It is excellent for embroidered applications that need stability but absolutely no stabilizer showing.

	Embroidery Toppings

	Foam

	Puffy Stitch™ is a colored foam used for creating raised 3D embroidery designs. This product is non-toxic, water-resistant and machine washable, but it is flammable and cannot be dry-cleaned. Puffy foam is available in 2 mm & 3 mm thickness. Click here for Puffy ™ Instructions

	Puffy Stitch™ Sticky Back is a colored foam used for creating raised 3D embroidery designs. This product is non-toxic, water-resistant and machine washable, but it is flammable and cannot be dry-cleaned. This version of Puffy stitch™ has a peel and stick backing that helps hold the foam in place so you don't have to use a spray adhesive.

	Soluble Topping

	Solvy™ is a water soluble embroidery topping and stabilizer. When used as a topping on knits, terry cloth, fleece and other textured fabrics, Solvy™ creates a smooth embroidery surface to give clearer embroidery. Stitches won't sink into the fabric, giving a crisp definition and detail to your work.
